Allison began her career interning at Chado Ralph Rucci and her devotion to luxury craftsmanship had led her to Oscar de la Renta where she worked alongside Oscar and his design team. Soon after, Allison worked for J.Crew and progressed with roles at Tory Burch and ANN INC., where she designed luxury embllishments and bridal gowns, respectively.

 

The designs, like the AW bride, are refined, modern, imbued with a timeless sense of polish and sophistication.
